What are the festival dates and location?

What time does the festival start and end each day?

  • Doors open at 9:00 am and the fun ends at 10:00 pm

Is the festival held rain or shine?

  • Yes, the festival will proceed regardless of weather conditions. There are two indoor stages to escape foul weather and/or the heat and the Acoustic Tent and Market are covered by a large event tent. Please come prepared for all types of weather. “Rain, sleet, flood or mud” as the great Billy Henderson would say.

Tickets

Where can I purchase tickets?

  • Tickets can be purchased through our official website, scan QR code or follow the link below, or our authorized ticketing partner. Avoid buying tickets from secondary markets to ensure authenticity.

Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?

  • All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Are children allowed at the festival?

  • Children under the age of 10 are admitted free with a ticketed adult. Children 11 and up are normal price.

Food & Beverage

Will there be food and beverage options available throughout the day?

  • Yes, there will be a variety of food trucks serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in the outdoor food court. We ask that you support these local restaurants. Feel free to bring snacks for babies and toddlers. Outside food and beverages are not allowed for attendees five years and older.

What food vendors will be there?

  • Official Street Eats - Tacos, Wings, Vibes

  • Cafe Racer - Burgers and fries after 1:30 pm

  • Xavian - Funnel cakes, fried Oreo® travel cart

  • Classic City Confections - Desserts

  • Jack’s Cheesecakes - Cheesecakes and slushies

  • Propaganda Pizza - Pizza

Can I bring my own alcohol to the festival?

  • NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED. There will be multiple bars serving beer, all local breweries will be represented, wine and cocktails.

Accessibility

Is the festival accessible for people with disabilities?

  • Yes, we are committed to providing a fully accessible experience. There are designated parking areas and accessible viewing areas. Service animals trained to assist individuals with disabilities are welcome.

Getting to the Festival

What are the transportation options to the festival?

  • PARKING IS EXTREMELY LIMITED! do yourself a solid, and us, and carpool, bike, walk, Uber, Lyft or take public transportation. Again, parking is extremely limited.

Are there nearby lodging options?

  • Hotels and lodging options are available in the Athens area.

Safety and Health Protocols

What are the COVID-19 protocols for the festival?

  • We are monitoring local COVID-19 trends and will adhere to health guidelines. If you test positive or have symptoms, please do not attend the festival. Masking in crowds is recommended for immunocompromised individuals. By attending FoxSaid Fest, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

What are the safety measures in place?

  • We have security personnel on-site and a first aid station available. Please follow all posted guidelines and instructions from festival staff.
